As an affiliated Club or Society on campus you have access to FREE room bookings. To book a room please follow the below steps:You must submit via email to email@example.com the following details:
All bookings are to be submitted at least 2 days in advance.
Confirmation will be sent via email when the room is booked and confirmed for your club/group. If you have not received a confirmation email, please do not assume it is booked for your use until receiving confirmation. No club or society has the authority to remove a class from a room that has been booked. Any booking conflicts, or associated issues should be immediately reported to UniLife reception, on 4221 8179.
Please have the confirmation email present with you whilst at the venue to ensure proof of your booking (especially after hours).
Affiliated UniClubs are able to book the two meeting rooms next to the UniLife Office free of charge. Each room fits approximately 50 people comfortably. Table and chairs are available but need to be set up and pulled down by the club.
Meeting rooms are to be booked in advance of the date requested, and are . Please forward any booking requests to the UniLife Office and include the booking information as stated above.
A completed Event Notification Form should be submitted with the booking.
UniClubs are allowed to bring their own catering. Meeting room 2 has got a small kitchenette including a fridge and a microwave.
If several clubs request to rooms on the same day and time, priority is given to groups of 25 and above, as well as events that require catering. Our suggested catering is through Aspire, who have competitive prices and services to help clubs.
