Birding for Beginners is an introductory bird-watching/appreciation workshop run by our event partner, Malimbe Safaris. Our tour guide will guide the small group through the vegetation of the blissful Mt. Keira Ring Track, imparting their skills and knowledge of local rainforest species with the group along the way. Staff and students who: enjoy nature, want to meet like-minded people, have (or want to develop) an appreciation for birds, and/or like walking in nature, come join us for a fun morning outside! The tour is a half-day event (8am to roughly 12pm), where participants will need a moderate level of fitness and adequate footwear to walk the trail.
