Austmine Summer Vacation Employment Program for Women in STEM 2018

We've got some information regarding the Austmine summer vacation employment program for Women in STEM .
Austmine is an organisation that represents over 500 Australian companies, with just on 400,000 employees, that provide mining equipment and technical services. Mining equipment and technical services have been identified and funded by the Commonwealth government as one of the six designated national growth industries. At this stage there are at least 59 positions across a broad range of STEM disciplines, applicable to all of our EIS Schools and Geology, making this now one of the largest student vacation employment programs nationally. As shown, many employers will accept applications from a wide range of degrees. If there are quality applicants some of the companies listed are likely to recruit more students than the numbers shown. Female students from the nine member universities that are members of Austmine, (including UOW), are eligible to apply.
All female students are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. For more information see
