Welcome to join UOW Buddhist Society.
The UOW Buddhist Society hosts a weekly group meditation on campus every Tuesday in session. The meditation we practice is focusing on the breath, and it is encouraged that practitioners practice at home what they have learnt on the day. This is not a guided meditation, however there are instructions at the beginning of every session.
Prior to our meditation practice we will practice some Tai Chi Chuan movements to add health and vitality into our everyday lives. Feel free to join, any meditation experience is welcomed: from complete beginner to advanced. Any question or discussion topics on Buddhism is also welcomed.
